Weekly batch of chips made! Love my #pamperedchef tool! This week I tried making salt and pepper chips- yum!
Since I don’t have enough pictures of food posted… Here is one! 😁 My heart healthy homemade potato chips using some amazing #pamperedchef products. I sliced the potato, gently brushed with olive oil mixed with fresh garlic, sprinkled with parsley, then microwaved for 5 minute and Voila… tasty chips everyone chips enjoys! Did you know a Mediterranean diet is linked to reduce risk of heart attack and stroke? It also has been shown to reduce the ‘bad’ cholesterol and triglycerides in your body. Eating a Mediterranean style diet includes a diet high in olive oil, nuts (walnut, almonds, and Brazilian nuts), fruits, veggies, legumes and whole grains. Want to learn more? Brandon’s (@brandoncoughlin) hard work paid off with some awesome ribs! For me it’s an #almostallergenfree dinner… With the exception of the cornbread. The baked potato casserole for me was made with rice milk, the family had regular milk and cheese. We love some BBQ influenced food 😊
